Cedarmore Camp & Conference Center
Located in Bagdad, KY Cedarmore rests on 600 acres of rolling hills and woods that provides the perfect setting for conferences and retreats. Cedarmore is conveniently located about one hour from Lexington, Louisville, and Northern KY.

Boone Lodge
Boone Lodge is a main point on the Cedarmore campus; it houses guest rooms, the Crossings Cafe, and the Dining Hall. The beautiful view from the back deck overlooks a forested ravine and offers vivid sunsets.

Evergreen Cabins
Evergreen Cabins (Spruce, Pine and Cedar) are quietly tucked inside the treeline for a private feel. These three cabins are located next to Fields Cabin, a quick walk to Byrdwell Conference Center.

Fields Cabin
Fields Cabin, completed in 2006, is located on one of the highest points on the Cedarmore Main Campus. With its log cabin feel, Fields Cabin offers comfortable lodging and a front deck to enjoy the scenery.

- Both sides of cabin have a multi-stall bathroom

Great for men’s groups, youth retreats or anyone wanting the “cabin” feel without roughing it!

Williams-Wallace Lodge
Williams-Wallace Lodge, completed in 2007, is in the center of the Cedarmore Main Campus on a hill overlooking Boone Lodge. The back deck area is a great place to fellowship and enjoy the natural forest surroundings.

Cedarcrest Campus
The CedarCrest campus is located at the front of Cedarmore, before the Main Campus. It is just a short walk or shorter drive from the main dining facility. Completely surrounded by trees, each CedarCrest space offers solitude, peace and the sounds of nature.

Conference Space
Byrdwell Conference Center
Byrdwell Conference Center is the main meeting space on campus. Large seating area, theatre-style stage and widescreen front displays make this the ideal venue for large worship services or conference events.

- Stage, small sound system (good for speaking), lighting and rear projection screens are provided.
Crossings Cafe
Crossings Cafe, located in Boone Lodge, is a great place for adults to relax and fellowship in a warm, coffee house environment. Fresh coffee is brewed daily and the widescreen television with dvd player and surround sound make for excellent movie nights.

New Conference Center
The New Conference Center is a state-of-the-art meeting space with widescreen televisions in every room. This space, great for small groups or larger meetings, is just a short walk from any of the main campus lodgings.

Martha Ware Chapel
The Martha Ware Chapel is located inside the CedarCrest campus. The chapel is set on a hillside with a beautiful view of the woods and serves as a space for meetings and worship services.

Tackle our two-sided 50 foot Carolina Climbing Wall at Jonathan Creek. With climbing routes for every level climber, the Wall is an exciting challenge for anyone. Our staff will guide you through the climbing process while your team cheers you on from below.
Jonathan Creek’s lake features Super Blobs, trampolines, and a 15-foot iceberg to guarantee tons of fun in the water.
Cedarmore’s recreation lake features a Super Blobs and zipline to guarantee tons of fun in the water.
Our challenge course is a series of teambuilding events using low ropes elements. Facilitated by our staff, the challenge course is a great way to teach your group (youth or adults) the value of thinking and working together.
Take your group on an exciting adventure through our mountain biking trails. Our staff will lead you through this challenging course made for kids of all ages.
Play 3-on-3, 5-on-5, knock-out or any other game you can think of on our outdoor full-court basketball courts. Our courts are lighted to allow your group to play even after dark.
Serve it! Dig it! Spike it! Have fun and enjoy a game of volleyball on our sand courts.
Similar to golf, the object of Disc Golf is to complete each hole in as few throws as possible. Instead of using golf clubs and a golf ball, disc golfers use a frisbee or disc to traverse the hole. Easy to understand and play, our new Disc Golf activity also allows you to enjoy the beauty of camp.
America's softer past-time. We have space available for your group to enjoy a game of softball. Knock one out of the park on your next retreat or outing.
We have recreation fields of all sizes to meet any need--soccer, ultimate frisbee, flag-football and more. We've got the space your group needs for whatever activity you have planned.
Take a dip in our swimming pool. Your group will enjoy relaxing in the cool waters especially on those hot summer days.
