“…to create an environment where people can come to know Christ…” Crossings desires to encourage local churches to reach out to their community - beyond their core group of students. Inviting unchurched students to camp is a great way to reach out, providing a fun and low-pressure environment for students to experience God. Camper Scholarships are offered to these unchurched students, funding half of their camp costs. Churches interested in acquiring scholarships for students who do not regularly attend their church complete an application for each potential camper. Our staff reviews the applications and disperses scholarships per funds available. Our goal would be financially prepared to offer a Camper Scholarship to each applicant, ensuring that each one has an opportunity to hear the Good News. This Camper Scholarship fund is directly dependant upon those who give specifically to this program. Each gift, in its entirety, goes to a camper who needs to experience Christ.
